Judy has accumulated and shared a wealth of information during her career in the fluid handling industry which began in 1981. Her varied background includes technical sales of industrial, municipal and residential water systems and components. Accomplishments include the development and management of multi-million dollar sales departments.

After relocating to Florida, Judy founded Clear Water Products & Services Inc. in 1997 entering into the irrigation and landscape industry as a contractor combining an appreciation of landscaping with her technical abilities. With a focus on education for herself, staff and clients the company has been dedicated to the goal of achieving efficient water use for irrigation systems in Central Florida.

Clear Water PSI has completed thousands of residential, commercial and athletic irrigation system installations and effective renovations of mature systems, provided irrigation and landscape consulting services and educational presentations, completed over 5000 irrigation evaluations and audits throughout Central Florida, managed and expanded one of the largest water restriction enforcement patrols in the state.
Judy implemented the use of soil moisture sensors with remote access, ET or weather based controllers and low volume irrigation components which are now staples in Clear Water’s water conservation arsenal. Installations range from mature estate style residences to new construction in eco-friendly communities.

As an active participant in several governmental and purveyor committees within the state, Judy’s efforts include the promotion of the irrigation industry as a concerned, responsible and professional entity in the region’s water supply concerns.
